Keenan Hahn's passion for real estate and construction is rooted in his family’s history, as generations of his family have been involved in the construction industry. Keenan is a graduate of Stanford University and worked for several years as an environmental scientist before turning his attention to real estate. He founded Hahn Homes in 2017 to focus on building quality homes at affordable prices.
With a grandfather and uncle who were both homebuilders, and a stepfather who ran a small construction company, Keenan was constantly around real estate and construction growing up. He was frequently on job sites as a kid, pounding nails into spare boards and helping with framing. Some of his fondest memories with his grandfather were their discussions about real estate and business.
After graduating from Stanford University in 2008, Keenan first worked for a tech company in Paris, France. He later moved to Los Angeles to work as an Environmental Analyst for the Walt Disney Company.
Despite trying to work in other industries, Keenan couldn’t resist the call of real estate. On the heels of the Great Recession, Keenan began fixing up properties in his spare time. By late 2012, he had left his job at Disney to focus on real estate full time.
Keenan gained a deep knowledge of construction by working alongside plumbers, electricians, and framers in the early years. These days, he spends more of his time behind a computer, but can still be found picking up trash and sweeping up the jobsite.
In 2017, Keenan founded Hahn Homes to focus on building new homes at affordable prices. Since its founding, Hahn Homes has built dozens of homes in Northeast Ohio, earning a reputation for high quality work and for always standing behind their product.
