Final Walk-Through
After the finish work is done, the home undergoes a final cleaning. Following the cleaning process, any remaining touch-ups become more visible and can be identified during an on-site walkthrough with both the client and a representative from Hahn Homes.
New Home Orientation
Before move-in, Hahn Homes personally meets with each client on-site to discuss essential information regarding living in the new home, operating equipment, humidity management, warranty claim procedures, and other instructions for use and care.
Final Occupancy Permit
Hahn Homes arranges for a final occupancy inspection and the inspector issues the occupancy permit, signaling that the new home is now ready for you to move in!
